Wednesday, October 14

I got home from Mt. Tamborine a lot easier and faster than I got there.  It was as difficult to leave the mountain as if I were leaving Orcas Island in WA.  Both are tranquil, spiritual places with scenic beauty and wonderful sunsets.

I took care of a grade book issue with USQ before it was time attend a meeting.

Professor Cole will deliver a presentation on ‘Meeting the Challenge of Sustainability: Opportunities for Business Educators’.  The presentation will be held in A6LR1 at 4 pm, followed by afternoon drinks and nibbles on the Level 6, Balcony, USQ Springfield, between 4:45pm and 6:00pm.

The best part of the day was after the meeting, after the educators left, and after the wine because I got about 15 minutes of one-on-one with Marie.  She liked the ideas that I have to propose, so I’ll meet with Marie, Geoff S., and another professor from the business college to discuss professional intensive educational programs and certifications.
